Your contribution:
Reporting to the Director of Financial Services, as a Business Development Manager for Open Road Leasing, you will be responsible for promoting OpenRoad Leasing's products, services and processes to Sales Managers, Financial Services Managers and Salespeople both within OpenRoad Auto’s Ontario dealer network.
As a Business Development Manager for Open Road Leasing, you will require an in-depth understanding of a dealership's Sales operations and competitive products and services. You will be accountable for sales
growth and relationship management with numerous stakeholders representing some of the most globally
recognized automotive brands.
To help grow OpenRoad Leasing's business in Ontario, you will be responsible for:
Establishing, nurturing and developing relationships with all relevant dealership stakeholders
Having a strong understanding of OpenRoad Leasing's products and processes, competition in the market and positioning
Provide specialist advice on OpenRoad Leasing's products, services and processes
Stay up-to-date with and be able to effectively communicate Open Road Leasing's consumer and commercial credit policies
Develop opportunities in the Ontario market with support of marketing
Collaborate with dealership stakeholders and OpenRoad Leasing management on brand and event specific programs and product offerings

Proven sales acumen, business development and prospecting ability
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, engage and persuade through consultation and active listening
skills
Effective communication and ability to engage with different audiences
Enthusiastic with excellent organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information to all
levels of the organization
Willingness to become an expert in all aspects of automotive sales and leasing
Proactive in approach and receptive to feedback
Strong relationship building skills and able to adapt to multiple personalities to provide the best
possible outcomes for all stakeholders
