Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
🔹 GCC Market Outreach
• Identify and target potential clients across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, and Bahrain
• Generate qualified leads through cold outreach, LinkedIn networking, referrals, and industry events
• Build strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and procurement teams
🔹 High-Value Client Relationship Management
• Develop and manage enterprise-level accounts
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations
• Understand client pain points and propose customized AI/IT solutions
• Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
🔹 Sales Pipeline & Revenue Management
• Build and maintain a strong, predictable sales pipeline
• Track leads through CRM and provide weekly forecast reports
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for proposal submissions
🔹 Strategic Business Development
• Identify new market opportunities in the GCC region
• Build channel partnerships and strategic alliances
• Support brand positioning and market entry strategies
Key Requirements
• 5–8 years of experience in B2B business development or enterprise sales
• Proven track record of closing high-value deals (preferably in GCC markets)
• Strong understanding of IT/AI/Digital services
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Experience using CRM tools and sales forecasting
• Ability to work independently and achieve aggressive revenue targets
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience handling UAE or Saudi Arabia clients
• Existing GCC network will be a strong advantage
• MBA in Marketing / Business Development (preferred but not mandatory)
