We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager – Field Work with a proven background in the education industry. This is a high-ownership, on-ground role focused on college partnerships, lead generation, program promotion, and achieving sales targets through direct engagement and relationship building.
Requirements:
Experience & Language Requirements
• 5–7 years of experience in Business Development (education sector experience is mandatory)
• Fluency in Telugu is mandatory
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in the field
Key Responsibilities
College Engagement & Lead Generation
• Generate high-quality leads through college visits, engagement activities, and on-ground initiatives
• Conduct product demos, seminars, workshops, and presentations within colleges
Institutional Partnerships
• Build and manage long-term relationships with department heads, placement officers, and college leadership
• Drive institutional tie-ups and program partnerships
Program Promotion & Sales Execution
• Promote professional programs such as PGA and PGA Pro across assigned colleges
• Own front-line sales execution by meeting monthly revenue and enrollment targets
• Plan and execute marketing activities, prospect new colleges, vendors, and partners
Campaign Execution & Reporting
• Execute and track sales campaigns, seminars, workshops, and self-generated leads
• Maintain daily reporting on leads, conversions, and field activities
• Ensure regional targets, compliance, and center performance metrics are consistently met
Stakeholder Coordination
• Act as the primary point of contact for prospective students and institutional stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and enrollment processes
