Position Summary: Support the entire Sales and Business Development cycle for the North American region within BARE International.
Essential Duties:
Proactive Lead Generation & Pipeline Development
Proactively generate new business through outreach, networking, referrals, events, and targeted prospecting.
Build and manage a healthy, forward-looking sales pipeline that supports long-term revenue growth while optimizing acquisition of investment.
Maintain a deep, current understanding of Customer/Guest Experience, Market Research, and Mystery Shopping, and assess market trends and competitive offerings to inform U.S. solution positioning.
Design, recommend, and drive solution offerings aligned to client objectives and success metrics.
Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to direct reports.
Coach and motivate with clear goals and feedback.
Monitor and allocate workloads of direct reports and team.
Conduct regular formal performance appraisals and address performance issues when necessary.
Own full sales lifecycle, including discovery, proposals, pricing, negotiation, and close.
Prepare agreements and sales materials, communicate and transition business to internal teams for successful execution.
Partner with clients to understand objectives and success metrics and deliver consultative support.
Guide stakeholders on client specific reporting, analysis, and analytics needs in collaboration with internal teams.
Cross Functional Collaboration
Partner with US and Global departments to support sales strategy, pricing, resourcing, and delivery.
Identify and recommend improvements to sales processes, revenue generation, and overall profitability while supporting team administrative needs.
Participate in client meetings, internal planning sessions, conferences, networking events, and in person / virtual presentations.
Represent BARE consistently as a trusted partner and industry leader; perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:
Senior level B2B sales or business development experience, with success generating leads, managing pipeline, and closing new business.
Strong ability to negotiate and overcome objections
People management experience of supervising direct reports
Strong consultative selling skills, able to align client needs to business outcomes and recommended solutions.
Solid financial acumen, including pricing, margins, and cost of acquisition awareness.
Clear written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating proposals and executive level sales materials.
Experience and success using CRM, Microsoft Office, and AI driven tools and automation to improve prospecting, pipeline management, and sales efficiency.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of success in B2B and/or B2C sales or business development.
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Strong command of sales strategies, marketing techniques, and solution selling.
Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored, creative solutions to complex business needs.
Trusted relationship‑builder with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities and initiatives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
Superior written, verbal, and presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
