Recruitment process:
It’s really important that we’re transparent about what you can expect when you apply for a role at Terrapinn. Our process is as follows:
Screening – a short online session with our Talent Director to assess mutual fit
Fill in our competency framework – this will be used as a discussion point in your first interview and gives us a chance to understand more about you
First round – in-person interview in our Singapore office with the hiring manager and another leader
Final interview in-person in our Singapore office with your potential line manager and the Managing Director. A mock pitch will likely form part of this.
We believe in equal opportunities and being a diverse and inclusive employer. If you need any potential adjustments to our planned process at all, please do contact us to discuss options.
