We always strive to exceed the expectations of our clients, which include major tech companies, fintech's, financial institutions, financial investors (which includes private equity and infrastructure investors), corporates from all sectors, governments, regulators, trade bodies and non-profit organisations.  

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to support our leading Corporate/M&A practice in Amsterdam and contribute to our broader European BD strategy. In this role, you will work closely with partners and lawyers on client development, market initiatives and profile‑raising activities across our Corporate practice.

What you’ll do

• Manage and provide tailored input into significant pitches, including maintaining and improving our capability materials.
• Support and implement BD and marketing plans aligned with our global strategy.
• Coordinate M&A BD initiatives with the wider Corporate team and other business areas.
• Leverage market and client insights to identify opportunities and trends.
• Help drive visibility of our practice through events, communications and thought leadership.

What you bring

• Experience in business development within professional services (ideally a law firm).
• A solid understanding of Corporate/M&A and the market we operate in.
• The confidence to build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and project‑management skills.
• Academic degree in a relevant field required; Master’s preferred.
