Company Overview
PFP Logistics is a third-party (3PL) Staffing Company that works in Warehouses' Shipping and Receiving Departments across the nation.
We are contracted to staff and manage the following positions: Loading and Unloading, Equipment Operators, Order Selection, Pallet Re-Stack, Labeling, and Facility Sanitation.
Position Overview
Business Development Manager: Generating new business opportunities, building client relationships, and expanding partnerships within the warehousing and logistics industry.
Schedule + Pay/Benefits
Monday -Friday (8:00am - 4:00pm)
$60,000/yearly + commission
Medical, Denial Eye Benefits + paid PTO
Responsibilities
Reach out to prospective clients through cold-calling, email, networking, and in-person visits*
Study target markets and identify new business opportunities
Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
Identify growth opportunities and strategic partnerships
Educate clients on PFP Logistics’ services and operational capabilities
Track leads and customers throughout the sales cycle
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Reconnect with previous clients to establish renewed partnerships
Assist with CRM development and organization alongside management
Work with the Operations team on projects and client initiatives.
Requirements
Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
CRM: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills

Travel for Sales visits
Spend time with our Operations Team in the field
