Business Development Representative – Light Industrial Staffing

About the Opportunity
Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking a high-energy, relationship-driven Business Development Representative to grow our Light Industrial staffing business throughout the Bolingbrook and greater Chicagoland market.
This is a true “road warrior” role for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys building relationships face-to-face, and knows how to open doors in manufacturing, distribution, logistics, warehouse, and food production environments.

What You’ll Do
Develop new business opportunities within manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, distribution, and food production companies
Conduct high-volume prospecting through cold calling, onsite visits, networking, referrals, and territory development
Build and maintain relationships with Operations Managers, HR, Plant Managers, and Procurement leaders
Schedule and conduct client meetings, facility tours, and presentations
Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery and customer satisfaction
Negotiate staffing agreements, rates, and service expectations
Manage sales activity, pipeline, and customer communication within CRM/Bullhorn
Identify opportunities for onsite programs, MSP/VMS partnerships, and national account expansion
Attend industry events, networking functions, and client meetings throughout the region
Travel daily throughout Bolingbrook and surrounding markets to generate new business opportunities
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of outside sales or business development experience in staffing, recruiting, logistics, or industrial services
Strong understanding of Light Industrial staffing environments including warehouse, manufacturing, packaging, distribution, and production operations
Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
Comfortable spending significant time in the field meeting clients and prospecting
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
Experience using CRM or ATS systems such as Bullhorn is preferred
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the territory daily
Preferred Industry Experience
Experience supporting clients in:
Food manufacturing
Distribution and logistics
Warehouse operations
Packaging and production
Manufacturing environments
High-volume staffing programs
