The Business Development Manager plays a key role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and managing strategic relationships, and executing initiatives that support long-term revenue expansion. What You Will Do
• Identify, research, and evaluate new market opportunities, customer segments, and potential partnerships.
• Develop and execute strategic initiatives to strengthen the company’s market presence and competitiveness.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform business strategy and decision-making.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through networking, industry events, digital channels, and targeted outreach.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent progress toward revenue targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to prospective clients and partners.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and support long-term account growth.
• Oversee the onboarding and transition of new clients, accounts, or partnerships.
What We Are Looking For
• Strong understanding of crypto OTC markets, including pricing, spreads, liquidity, slippage, settlement, and counterparty risk.
• Solid knowledge of digital assets, blockchain fundamentals, tokens, stablecoins, and market structure.
• Experience with KYC/AML processes, compliance requirements, and institutional client onboarding.
• Familiarity with banking services, fiat on/off-ramps, virtual accounts, and crypto payment rails.
• A collaborative, results-oriented mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
