Business Development Intern

Rethink is looking for a Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team.

Interns will be fully integrated on the Biz Dev process, working through research, project management and day-to-day tasks to help drive business growth and opportunity across all of our offices. 

The Opportunity 

Supporting the Biz Dev from pitch kick-off to final presentation. 

Helping to manage tight timelines, streamline processes and assist in the creation of pitch decks. 

Support the pitch teams by checking in, consolidating and delivering feedback, and keeping projects on track.

Contributing to a positive, innovative + collaborative work environment.

Research organizations and clients to help with pipeline and pitch prospects. 

What you’ll  bring:

Strong communication skills

Ability to work independently as well as on a team

A “can-do” attitude – no ask is too big or too small for you

A proactive approach – you can see the destination -  and with support, can begin to build the path there 

Organization and ability to handle multiple pitches at one time

Tech savvy and creative - ability to use AI for efficiency and a creative eye for presentations
