The Role
Great Gray is seeking a Business Development Intern (Paid Internship) to support our RPAG sales team during Summer 2025. This 10-12 week internship provides hands-on experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and the retirement services industry. You'll work directly with the sales team on prospecting, lead qualification, and business development activities to generate revenue creating opportunities related to our retirement advisor-focused software platform.

Location
This position will work from our Las Vegas, NV office. Great Gray currently supports a hybrid work model with 4 days onsite, and 1 day remote.

Visa sponsorship or transfer of an existing visa is not available for this position. Applicants must be authorized to work directly for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship or transfer.

Responsibilities
· Assist with outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social channels
· Support lead qualification and help schedule discovery meetings for sales executives
· Learn and communicate the value of RPAG's platform and services
· Maintain accurate CRM records of outreach and engagement
· Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns and follow-up
· Research target markets and identify potential outreach opportunities
· Support event follow-up from webinars and industry conferences
· Assist with sales presentations and proposal preparation
· Participate in team meetings and provide project support

Qualifications & Experience

· Rising junior or senior at an accredited college or university – could also be a new graduate
· Major in Business, Finance, Marketing, Econ, or related field preferred
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
· Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Interest in sales, business development, or financial services
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
· Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
· Previous internship or sales experience is a plus
