Business Development Executive, Vietnam

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to support partner development and maintain strong relationships with our business partners in Ho Chi Minh City.

This role leverages a fully remote work approach to drive maximum productivity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and research potential partners through existing networks and online platforms searches.

Maintain regular communication with partners through email, phone, WhatsApp, and other channels. Provide timely support and respond to partner inquiries.

Follow up on onboarding processes to ensure smooth account activation.

Monitor client accounts, identify issues or opportunities, and propose solutions to improve engagement and boost sales.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure partner and client issues are handled efficiently.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or related fields.

Priority for candidates with experience in fintech, banking, or financial institutions.

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
