Business Development Executive – Solar & Storage Live London
Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 DOE
Commission: 20% OTE
Location: London 4.5 day week (4 days in the office and Friday from home)

We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join the team behind Solar & Storage Live London – the UK’s fastest-growing solar and energy storage exhibition and part of the Solar & Storage Live Europe portfolio across UK, Spain, Switzerland, Italy and France.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious salesperson looking to fast-track their career into a Business Development Manager role, working in a high-performance, high-reward environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Selling exhibition and sponsorship packages to solar, storage, EV charging and clean-energy solution providers
Prospecting and winning new business through outbound calls, LinkedIn and email
Managing and growing existing accounts
Rebooking exhibitors on-site at the event to secure repeat revenue
Building long-term relationships with senior decision makers
Representing the brand at the live event in London
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of B2B sales experience
Confident communicator with a commercial mindset
Motivated, competitive and target-driven
Organised, resilient and hungry to win
Interest in renewable energy and sustainability
Interview Process
Stage 1:
Complete a short competency form followed by a Teams interview with the Talent Director and Hiring Manager.
Stage 2:
Final in-person interview with the General Manager, Hiring Manager and possibly the Group Sales Director.
May include a short task to prepare and present.
