Job Description – Business Development Executive
Azeus Systems Limited is seeking a driven and commercially focused Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team in Kazakhstan. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding the market presence of Convene. Our award-winning digital governance transformation solution is designed for Boards of Directors, executive committees, and senior governance bodies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve sales targets independently through proactive sales and business development strategies.
• Deliver effective software demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the value and benefits of our solutions to potential clients.
• Generate qualified sales leads (SQL) through targeted outreach, networking, and other prospecting activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospecting to deal closure.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
This role requires significant interaction (face-to-face or via other communication channels) with clients/prospects, partners, and Azeus staff.
Qualifications:
• At least 1-3 years of software sales experience in the assigned region.
• Educational background in Business Management or IT.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and generating leads.
• Proven experience within global IT vendor companies.
• Experience in software or hardware sales within finance, publicly listed companies, large enterprises, and the public sector.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Candidate should reside in Kazakhstan.
• Fluency in English, Kazakh, Russian.
Requirements:
• Experience in software or hardware sales, particularly within the assigned region.
• Willingness to travel for prospecting and client meetings.
• Strong team spirit and collaborative approach.
• Experience delivering software demonstrations and/or training to potential clients.
