Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence to identify emerging trends and potential areas of growth.
• Negotiate terms of business agreements and close deals to drive company revenue.
• Manage and track sales pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and networking abilities.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite).
• Proficiency in bidding platforms like upwork, freelancer, guru etc...
