As an Account Executive at CXM, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and building lasting relationships within the FX market. Your primary responsibilities will be to drive sales by connecting with potential clients & Introducing Brokers, understanding their needs, and positioning CXM’s products and services as the best solutions for their trading and investment needs. Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and develop new business opportunities within the FX industry.
· Manage a pipeline of prospective clients and guide them through the sales process.
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients/partners (IBs) by understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
· Present CXM’s FX products and services to potential clients, highlighting their benefits and differentiators.
· Collaborate closely with CXM’s marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients.
· Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors to better serve clients and identify opportunities for growth.
· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to CXM’s overall growth.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
· 1-5+ years’ experience within the FX industry.
· Strong knowledge of the FX market, trading platforms, and financial products.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to engage clients effectively.
