Tổng quan nhiệm vụ Phụ trách các hoạt động liên quan đến phát triển kinh doanh dịch vụ môi trường. Trách nhiệm chính 1. Thiết lập & triển khai kế hoạch kinh doanh ( để đạt KPI được giao) Lập kế hoạch bán hàng, sản phẩm là tất cả các dịch vụ liên quan đến lĩnh vực môi trường từ tư vấn đến phân tích mẫu. Thiết lập các cơ hội kinh doanh mới, bao gồm các dịch vụ theo Luật Việt Nam (ưu tiên) và theo Luật quốc tế (tham khảo) Theo dõi xu hướng và nhu cầu khách hàng để phát triển các dịch vụ mới. 2. Phát triển khách hàng & quan hệ đối tác Tìm kiếm và xây dựng quan hệ với khách hàng tiềm năng (đặc biệt là các khu công nghiệp, các doanh nghiệp FDI, nhà đầu tư, nhà thầu quốc tế…). Phát triển các dịch vụ mới trên tập khách hàng hiện tại. Hợp tác với hiệp hội ngành nghề, nhà sản xuất, tổ chức sự kiện để mở rộng mạng lưới bán hàng. 3. Các hoạt động hỗ trợ Thực hiện bán chéo (cross-selling) giữa các đơn vị kinh doanh trong Eurofins để tăng mức độ thâm nhập thị trường. Tham gia hội thảo/hội nghị chuyên ngành/tổ chức sự kiện để quảng bá dịch vụ và tên tuổi của Eurofins-ETM. Lập báo cáo tuần, tháng cho Trưởng bộ phận hoặc Quản lý Kinh doanh. ------------------------------ Job Overview Responsible for business development activities related to environmental services. Key Responsibilities 1. Business Planning & Execution (to achieve assigned KPIs) Develop sales plans covering the full range of environmental services, from consulting to sample analysis. Identify and establish new business opportunities, including services in compliance with Vietnamese regulations (priority) and international regulations (reference). Monitor trends and customer demands to drive the development of new services. ​​​​​​​2. Customer & Partnership Development Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential clients (especially industrial zones, FDI enterprises, investors, and international contractors). Expand service offerings to existing customer portfolios. Collaborate with industry associations, manufacturers, and event organizers to broaden the sales network. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​3. Supporting Activities Perform cross-selling among Eurofins business units to increase market penetration. Participate in seminars, industry conferences, and events to promote Eurofins-ETM’s services and brand. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the Department Head or Business Manager.

Tiếng Anh giao tiếp/đọc hiểu tài liệu chuyên ngành (lợi thế) Thành thạo các ứng dụng Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -------------------------------------- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in business development and sales in the environmental sector; a technical background in environmental science is an advantage. Honest, proactive, and willing to take on challenges. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. English communication and ability to read/understand technical documents (advantage). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
