This is a front-line business development role responsible for driving enrollments and revenue through below-the-line (BTL) marketing and outreach initiatives. The role focuses on acquiring new customers, building strong local presence, and achieving monthly sales targets through on-ground marketing activities.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Drive business growth by achieving assigned monthly sales and enrollment targets through BTL and outreach initiatives.
• Prospect and acquire new customers through college partnerships, vendor tie-ups, referrals, and self-generated leads.
• Plan and execute on-ground marketing activities such as college seminars, workshops, stalls, and promotional events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, training partners, and other local institutions.
• Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, career workshops, and student engagement events.
• Execute lead generation activities including leaflet/handout distribution, mall activations, and public place promotions.
• Collect, manage, and maintain student and prospect databases from multiple offline and online sources.
• Track, monitor, and report daily marketing and acquisition performance to the reporting manager.
• Support and execute regional marketing plans (monthly, quarterly, and annual) aligned with business goals.
• Act as a key interface between prospective candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.
• Ensure adherence to performance standards, compliance requirements, and internal processes.
• Take ownership of BTL marketing execution within the assigned region or center.
Skills & Competencies
• Strong experience in BTL marketing, outreach, and on-ground activations.
• Excellent college connect and experience conducting seminars, workshops, and events.
• Proven ability to drive lead generation through educational outreach and promotions.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Experience in edtech sales, educational outreach, or training institute marketing is a strong advantage.
