✨ We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth across APAC. This role is focused on acquiring and managing IBs, affiliates, and high-value clients, while strengthening regional presence and delivering consistent revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, existing networks, and a proven ability to close deals and build long-term partnerships within the Forex/CFD space.
Job Responsibilities
Drive business development initiatives to expand market presence across APAC regions
Identify, onboard, and grow relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, partners, and high-value clients
Build and maintain long-term partnerships through continuous engagement, support, and tailored business solutions
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Compliance teams to localize strategies and ensure regulatory alignment
Monitor and analyze regional performance metrics, client activity, and competitor trends
Represent the company at industry expos, networking events, and roadshows to enhance brand visibility
Work closely with retention and CRM teams to improve client experience and maximize lifetime value
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets and KPIs
Stay updated on FX/CFD market trends, regulatory changes, and evolving client needs
Our successful candidate would have
Strong growth in net deposits and trading volumes across assigned regions
Successful acquisition and retention of IBs, partners, and VIP clients
Consistent achievement of sales targets and KPIs
Enhanced brand presence and reputation through strategic engagements
Development of a high-quality, scalable partner network
A proactive deal-closer with strong industry knowledge and regional networks
Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
Strong relationship builder with a focus on trust, performance, and long-term value
Experience in both client acquisition and account management
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Technical skills
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Working knowledge of trading platforms such as MetaTrader 4 / MetaTrader 5
Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
Soft skills
Fluency in English is required
Additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, or Vietnamese are a strong advantage depending on the region
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a multicultural environment
Educational experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or relationship management
Prior experience in Forex, CFD, or fintech industry is highly preferred
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
