What we do:

Germany represents a critical growth market for EMEA and this is a senior-level opportunity within our German Business Development team, which is central to our EMEA growth strategy. We are looking for a candidate who will drive and further develop our relationships with strategic independent agencies.

What you'll do:

• Driving strategic partnerships with Independent Agencies.

• Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with senior executives at key agency partners

• Articulating the unique value proposition of our media buying platform, leveraging industry insights to drive adoption

• Accelerating revenue growth through collaborative strategies with the Brand Business Development team and internal stakeholders

• Negotiating and managing commercial agreements with agencies, in close collaboration with the Senior Director Agency

• Contributing to product roadmap prioritization by advocating for client needs with senior leadership, product, and engineering teams.

Who you are:

• An agile self-starter comfortable building from the ground up

• Proven track record in a sales or commercial role, or strong, relevant experience from an agency background

• Existing relationships with decision makers at major agencies and advertiserExperience establishing longstanding, consultative client relationship

• Strong quantitative skills and negotiation’s ability, able to lead commercial negotiation

• A capacity to participate in technical product roadmap and product scoping exercise

• Effective communication skills with an ability to speak with C-level client

• Passion for owning a room, closing deals, and getting win

• Proven record of accomplishment of exceeding revenue expectations
