💼 Experience

10 + years of experience in Clinical Research Business Development

Strong exposure to Bioanalytical services, preferably Phase I–III clinical studies

Experience working with international clients is an advantage

🔍 Key Responsibilities

Business development for clinical trials (Phase I, II & III) and BA/BE studies

Sales / BD exposure in Bioanalytical services, especially Phase I studies

Understanding of biomarker bioanalysis as part of clinical programs

Ability to identify the right approach, timing, and stakeholders for standalone clinical bioanalysis and biomarker projects

Established contacts with mid-size pharma, biotech, and startups

Strong knowledge of biomarker pricing and proposal preparation

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

🎓 Qualification

Master’s degree in Pharmacy (MBA preferred)
