At Head Hunter, we are expanding our reach and looking for a BDR Auditor to ensure our processes, activities, and results are accurate, efficient, and compliant. If you’re detail-oriented, analytical, and love turning data into actionable insights, this role is for you.
• Audit BDR activities including outbound calls, emails, lead management, and CRM data entries
• Review sales pipeline and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company processes
• Identify gaps in BDR performance, adherence, and data quality
• Provide feedback and actionable insights to sales leadership for process improvement
• Maintain and update audit checklists, templates, and reports
• Collaborate with finance/accounting teams to reconcile sales metrics and targets
• Track audit findings and report trends to support decision-making
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or auditing, preferably with exposure to sales or BDR processes
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
• Comfortable reviewing CRM data, reports, and KPIs
• Excellent communication skills to provide constructive feedback
• Ability to work remotely and manage priorities independently
• Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus
