How you will contribute to SLM's vision
We're on the lookout for a dynamic Business Development Associate to join our Lockers team in Athens.
In this role, you will play a key part in expanding our lockers network by managing inbound leads, identifying new opportunities, and building strong partnerships.
You will be responsible for qualifying and converting leads into successful collaborations, negotiating with partners, and ensuring the smooth onboarding of new locker locations. At the same time, you will oversee the lifecycle of agreements, from contract recording to ongoing management, while supporting the operational efficiency of the existing network.
You will also support the monitoring and recording of technical issues related to lockers, ensuring proper tracking and resolution.
Requirements:
Your Skills & Experience
Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Previous Experience in a fast-paced working environment (preferably in Logistics or Operations)
• Previous experience in Sales is preferred
• Tech-oriented mindset with experience in business software (e.g. Excel, CRM systems)
