• Prospect new customers and develop new opportunities with existing clients
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Promote the Company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Lead important new/strategic projects and act as the reference person
• Establish, monitor and coordinate timely action plans, taking into consideration positive and negative deviations from target
• Lead the process to establish a mid-term strategy and a yearly budget focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Represent the SGS Health Sciences R&D/QC in conventions, exhibitions, professional associations (etc.)
• Collaborate with other SGS sites and with the Global Health Science Drug development team to develop a growth strategy
• Sell Health Science Drug services utilizing the strength of the business infrastructure and resources
• Enhance business’s presence and market share by managing the existing and new clients
• To sell and lead the roll out of new products developed by the business
• Bsc/Msc diploma or equivalent in a science discipline (e.g. analytical chemistry, biochemistry).
• Basic knowledge of the activities of a GMP contract service lab and/or the biopharmaceutical/pharmaceutical industry.
• Good understanding of the analytical testing services required throughout the entire drug development lifecycle, from preclinical stages to commercial release would be a plus.
• About 5 years sales experience in the Health Science Industry .
