We are looking for a results-driven Business Developer to accelerate growth across Poland. As part of SOMFY’s Push & Pull strategy, you will expand our footprint in the residential, commercial, and hospitality markets by building strong partnerships with key construction stakeholders and turning opportunities into long-term business success.
What You'll Do:
• Develop and manage strategic relationships with residential real estate developers, architects, and project stakeholders.
• Promote Somfy’s innovative shading systems and smart home technologies across new developments.
• Lead the full business development cycle-from prospecting to project delivery.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to tailor solutions for client needs.
• Represent Somfy at industry events and trade shows to grow brand visibility.
What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or project management in real estate, smart home, or building automation.
• Proven success in managing complex B2B projects.
• Strong technical understanding of IoT, smart home ecosystems, and motorized shading.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
