Role Overview
We’re looking for a driven Business Developer & Acquisition Team Lead to lead our merchant acquisition efforts, grow our seller base, and manage a team focused on onboarding high-quality merchants.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute outreach strategies to attract and onboard new merchants.
Supervise and guide the acquisition and recruiter team to achieve monthly targets.
Track lead performance, analyze data, and share weekly reports on progress.
Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to optimize lead generation and conversion.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all leads and activated merchants.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or acquisition roles.
Previous experience managing or leading a team.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or startups is a plus.
