Business Data Technician with Vietnamese - Remote

Are you ready to start a new career opportunity? We are looking for talented individuals to join our growing team as a Business Data Technician within the area of consumer electronics. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with the most innovating software products in the world, in a dynamic company culture and be part of cutting-edge technologies. As a Business Data Technician you will provide support for small/mid-sized businesses and enterprise customers in the target language, using their native knowledge of such language. In addition, the role consists of researching, analyzing and validating information using web-based maps and news articles/social media/official websites. This role is fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate and process tasks using internal tools in your native language and English

• Provide support to users of Maps-related portals and of the Maps app

• Trouble-shoot and if required, escalate issues

• Deal with business queries, in accordance with company policies

• Evaluate data quality through web-based research and phone calls

• Apply critical thinking to identify trends

• Identify root cause(s) of trending issues

Qualifications

• Strong web-research skills, including the use of web-based maps

• Adept at working with large data sets with an ability to identify patterns

• Detail oriented

• Strong Analytical and Decision-Making Skills

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, as well as in small and large cross functional teams

• Communicating with customers and providing support

• Working hours: 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday

• 12 month contract, with possible extension
