Business Data Analyst

The company keeps growing and we just feel that 1 more BI person would be great. Currently the team is form by 3 analyst and you can be the 4th!!

In this role, you’ll collaborate across teams and regions — from Sales and Client Success to Operations and Finance — acting as the connector between raw data and strategic action. Your analysis won’t sit in a dashboard; it will directly fuel better proposals, smarter deals, and long-term revenue growth.

Here are your Key Responsibilities: 

Lead business intelligence projects and deliver impactful presentations to stakeholders.

Extrapolate insights from large, complex datasets to influence business growth.

Gather and consolidate data from multiple PX systems to build scalable data products, ensuring integrity and accuracy.

Support the development, monitoring, and measurement of results of business key performance indicators.

Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders for effective, data-driven decision-making.

Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business problems, identify opportunities to streamline business processes, and develop analytical solutions.

Qualifications:

Fluent English is a must!

2+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics with a focus on performance metrics and predictive modeling.

Advanced experience with Tableau. 

Knowledge in SQL is a MUST!

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Python

Strong analytical thought process, with an ability to interpret data and derive insights. 

Ability to look for and articulate meaning in numbers and make data-based recommendations.

Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and in a team setting. 

Strong communication and presentation skills - must be able to communicate and present data findings, strategic recommendations, trends, and suggested game plans.

Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analysis, or any other related major. Master's preferred.
