Analyzing and defining business problems along with an understanding of the technology landscape. Identifying, and defining business goals, KPIs and designing workflows. Proficient in creating business/ project documents (BRD, FRD/FSD, Logic Doc, etc.). Experience in project management tools like Jira/ Confluence/ Azure DevOps etc. including familiarity with the end-to-end lifecycle of a project. Good to have the ability of understanding & responding to RFPs, and creation of business cases (open in terms of functional/ domain knowledge) Strong technology acumen, and exposure to data analysis tools (Advanced Excel/ SQL/ Power BI). Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. Basic understanding of key technology trends like Data analytics, Cloud tech (AWS, MS Azure, etc.), and business cases around it. Good to have knowledge of data transformation, mapping, and operations. Strong familiarity with People Analytics data and technology architecture from data source to ingestion, transformation, and visualization

Bachelor’s degree in appropriate discipline.

Hands-on Experience with Data Analytics Tools (Such as SQL, Tableau, Advanced Excel Microsoft Power BI, or similar)
