Business Data Analyst - Inbound Marketing

As a Data Analyst on our team, you'll analyze user behavior, optimize marketing campaigns, and generate actionable insights. By joining us, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of significant projects and grow your skills in a dynamic environment. 

In your day-to-day, you will:

• Be the data and analytical lead on a range of inbound marketing projects 

• Work with teams to develop marketing strategies for a product, audience or user journeys, and help them build brand recognition, growth, and engagement

• Help define and improve the way we measure our inbound marketing efforts, performing ad hoc analysis, testing, monitoring, and reporting

• Perform analysis on both product and marketing-related topics to provide actionable insights  

• Develop dashboards and automated tools to promote awareness and understanding of our key metrics

• A highly analytical person with 2+ years of experience in quantitative analysis on large data sets and exceptional attention to detail, while still being connected to the big picture 

• Education in a field emphasizing quantitative analysis (such as industrial engineering, finance, statistics, economics, etc.)

• Hands-on experience in SQL and/or Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI 

• Excellent visualization and presentation skills

• English at a professional capacity and great communication skills, both spoken and written

• An independent and quick learner, who can prioritize tasks while working in a fast-paced environment with multidisciplinary colleagues, own the entire data lifecycle and challenge why and how we do things

• A curious person with a proactive attitude and the ambition to learn and grow

The Wix.com Inbound team is responsible for all marketing communications and offerings for Wix's self-creator users, primarily through emails and in product communication. We dive deep into user journeys, leveraging behavioral data to shape a coherent and positive experience. We're a group of independent, proactive, and creative individuals who value a positive can-do attitude and our team works closely with various product verticals, communicating the latest features and maintaining a continuous feedback loop
