Job Description
The Role
We are looking for a Business Controller to join our Finance team in Granada, supporting the Group Head of Finance. This role combines controlling and FP&A responsibilities, making it ideal for someone with strong financial expertise, business acumen, and a passion for driving performance in a SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver management reporting , KPIs , and financial analysis (SaaS metrics: MRR, ARR, churn, CAC, LTV).
Support budgeting , forecasting , and variance analysis processes.
Partner with business units across Europe to improve profitability and support strategic decisions .
Build and maintain models and dashboards in Excel and Power BI to enhance financial visibility.
Contribute to special projects such as due diligence, process improvements, and financial tool enhancements.
Profile
3–5 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Transaction Services.
Background in Big Four (Transaction Services / Deal Advisory / Audit) highly valued.
Strong business acumen with both analytical and strategic capabilities.
SaaS or technology industry experience is a plus.
International or multi-country exposure.
Excellent skills in Excel and Power BI (must-have).
Hands-on, detail-oriented, with strong communication and business partnering skills.
Education
Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related , preferably with a specialization in financial analysis, controlling, or corporate finance .
Languages
English: Fluent / professional level (mandatory).
French: A plus.
