Als Business Controller zorg jij voor inzicht, overzicht en de juiste stuurinformatie. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s uit de hele organisatie—van Project Control tot Sales, Service en Engineering—en vertaalt data naar concrete adviezen. Je ondersteunt bij onze groeiambities, werkt mee aan verbeterprojecten en hebt een belangrijke rol in het doorontwikkelen van dashboards en rapportages.

Wat je gaat doen?

• Je monitort KPI’s zoals winstgevendheid, arbeidsproductiviteit en OEE.

• Je voert variatieanalyses uit en creëert inzicht in kosten en prestaties.

• Je signaleert risico’s, afwijkingen en optimalisatiemogelijkheden.

• Je ontwikkelt en beheert managementrapportages en denkt actief mee over dashboards (o.a. Qlik Sense) samen met onze Project Controller.

• Je ondersteunt het Finance-team en Project Control waar nodig.

• Je werkt mee aan procesoptimalisaties en initieert verbeterprojecten.

• Je bent sparringpartner voor collega’s in Finance, Project Control, Sales, Service, Inkoop, Warehouse, Engineering en Assemblage.
