Job Title Finance IT Controlling / Reporting Specialist Position Type Full-time, Permanent Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance IT Controlling / Reporting Specialist with strong Excel skills to join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate is either experienced or eager to grow into a role focused on financial dashboards, variance analysis, forecasting, and budget control. This role also supports broader finance and back-office reporting initiatives, leveraging Excel and Power BI expertise. Key Responsibilities · Build financial dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI to analyse infrastructure costs and usage. · Support forecasting and budget control processes for IT infrastructure projects. · Track and report IT infrastructure costs and usage patterns. · Collaborate with engineering and finance teams to manage financial data and reporting. · Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reporting and variance analysis. · Present financial insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders. · Create and maintain reports in Excel and Power BI. Qualifications · Mandatory · Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, data analysis, financial modelling). · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · High accuracy in financial reporting and analysis. · Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Good to Have / Willing to Learn · Familiarity with IT infrastructure cost tracking and reporting tools. · Knowledge of Power Query and Power BI
