Business Continuity & Resilience Consultant Freelancer (PRBC0625)

PRIORITY Quality Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity & Resilience Consultant Freelancer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide expert guidance to our clients in developing and implementing robust business continuity and resilience strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' current business continuity plans and identify areas for enhancement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective business continuity strategies tailored to their specific needs.
• Facilitate training workshops and exercises to ensure teams are prepared for potential disruptions.
• Prepare detailed documentation and reports outlining findings and recommendations.
• Advise clients on regulatory requirements and best practices related to business continuity and resilience.
• Continuously monitor changes in the business environment to adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Risk Management, IT or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in business continuity, risk management, or resilience consulting.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating effectively with clients and teams.
• Excellent communication and writing skills in both Greek and English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant certifications in business continuity or risk management (e.g., CBCP, MBCI).
• Experience in crisis management and disaster recovery planning.
• Familiarity with IT Disaster Recovery techniques and best practices
• Proficiency with business continuity software and tools.
