Job Description

Frontex – the European Border and Coast Guard Agency – is looking for a Business Continuity Management Expert to support the strengthening, consolidation, and audit readiness of its Business Continuity Management System under the DESOPS framework contract (FWC FRONTEX/2024/OP/0029).

The mission focuses on providing end-to-end support to the Business Continuity Management System, with a specific focus on the Task Force on Business Continuity Management System. The consultant will support coordination, documentation, analysis, governance alignment, evidence management, audit readiness, and knowledge transfer.

The role requires strong expertise in Business Continuity Management, BCMS frameworks, ISO 22301:2019, ISO 22313:2020, Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Plans, Disaster Recovery Plans, governance models, audit preparation, documentation control, and stakeholder coordination.

The consultant will provide specialised advisory, analytical, coordination, and administrative support without replacing internal decision-making responsibilities.
