Job Description

We are looking for an external consultant, Business Continuity Management Expert (BCME), to join our team and support business continuity, risk management, and governance activities across enterprise environments. The role focuses on Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS), ISO 22301 compliance, audit readiness, and coordination of continuity-related processes, ensuring that organisational resilience and operational continuity are effectively maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of Business Continuity Management frameworks
• Contribute to BCMS activities in alignment with ISO 22301 standards
• Participate in Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) processes
• Support definition and monitoring of RTO, RPO, and continuity strategies
• Contribute to risk assessment, mitigation planning, and resilience strategies
• Support audit readiness activities, documentation, and evidence management
• Coordinate continuity-related tasks across teams and stakeholders
• Assist in governance processes and reporting activities
• Support data consolidation, analysis, and reporting for continuity and risk management
• Contribute to business process analysis and modelling activities
• Support project-related tasks within continuity and governance initiatives

Requirements:
• Strong experience in Business Continuity Management
• Solid knowledge of BCMS frameworks and ISO 22301 standards
• Experience with BIA, BCP, RTO, RPO, and continuity planning processes
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices
• Experience in data analysis and data consolidation
• Knowledge of business analysis and process modelling (e.g. UML, BPMN)
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and project lifecycle phases
• Experience using MS Office and administrative tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in structured and governance-driven environments
• Fluency in English
• Valid Security Clearance is mandatory
