The Role ::
• This role is part of the Chief Risk & Compliance office at Zeta. The CRCO’s office is responsible for Policy & Process definitions, BCP, Privacy, Compliance and Audit for all of Zeta’s Banking & Payment services spanning multiple geographies across Asia, EU, US & Latam. As Manager of Business continuity, you will be responsible for BCP policy & process definitions, Conducting drills and post review implementations of Zeta’s IT systems & Production environments on the cloud and on-prem data centre’s across all geographies.

Responsibilities::
• The candidate should have a broad range of Business Continuity experience, ideally in the Fintech services sector.
• A good communicator, the candidate must demonstrate and ability to motivate and influence directors and other staff to maintain an overall Business Continuity capability that always satisfies the business needs
• The candidate must have experience of building and maintaining Business Continuity Plans includes defining BCP policies and processes and RPO/RTO Objectives
• The candidate must have experience of planning and managing the execution of Crisis Management simulations, Business Continuity tests and Infrastructure Disaster Recovery testing.
• The role will coordinate a global Business Continuity awareness programme, providing training and guidance where required to staff in all Zeta’s offices.
• Conduct post implementation reviews of all IT systems and production applications.
• Conduct Business continuity related risk assessments
• Audit Business continuity plans regularly and act.
• Conduct Training & Drills and preparedness for emergency situations.
• Third Party risk assessment wrt BCM
• ISO 22301 certifications collaborate with IT Operations to achieve committed RTO/RPO/MBCU and production applications.
• Conduct regular business impact assessments with Product teams and business units to quantify Business Continuity requirements and identify required Business Continuity Plans enhancements.
• Entire BCP/DR/BCMS framework policies, conducting training and awareness in the organisation.
• SPOC for BC related compliances for internal & external stakeholders

Skills::
• To be successful in this role, the following are the areas of expertise classified by their importance: -
• Architecture and implementation of microservices & data systems on public and private clouds.
• Exposure to Data center & Network architecture and implementation.
• Proven experience in managing Business continuity for mid to large enterprises.
• ISO22301 - Lead auditor and implementer certified.
• Good understanding of agile development practices.
• Excellent written and oral communication and penchant for policy and process documentation.
• SRE(Site Reliability Engineering) /DevOps Experience.
• BFS/Payment/Fintech domain experience - MBCP/CBPC certified

Experience and Qualifications::
• 2-5 years of overall experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning and management in medium to large-sized companies preferably in Banking, Payments and Fintech space.
• BE, B.Tech, M.Tech, or ME in Computer Science or equivalent.
