Position Summary
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, channel partners, and self-generated leads.
• Execute aggressive prospecting strategies to access key decision makers.
• Manage entire sales cycle including post-sale and implementation.
• Negotiate pricing and scope-of-service with prospective clients.
• Complete sales paperwork and finalize client service agreements.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals assigned by management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Generate new business in assigned territory.
• Analyze, plan, and implement products and services targeting client needs.
• Stay knowledgeable of industry trends, products, services, and broker practices.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Oversee renewal proposals and client processes.
• Prepare executive summaries for client presentations.
• Schedule ongoing client meetings during implementation to address questions and concerns.
• Collect data to guide product, service, marketing, and sales strategies.
• Develop lead generation efforts and utilize Salesforce CRM to track activities.
• Take ownership of service accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency for assigned clients.
• Attend monthly consulting meetings and provide staff training and coaching.

Education & Experience
• High School Diploma.
• 2-3 years of sales experience.
