Position Summary
• Business Consultant responsible for prospecting and selling Solvo products and services.
• Explain benefits of staffing and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) clearly to clients.
• Manage sales through forecasting, resource allocation, strategy, and planning.
• Develop sales strategies to increase volume and profit margins.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Generate new business opportunities proactively within the territory.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, services, and competitors.
• Ensure timely and accurate service delivery to clients.
• Prepare and execute renewal proposals for existing clients.
• Create concise executive summaries for client presentations.
• Develop lead generation strategies and use CRM (Salesforce) effectively.
• Submit accurate business paperwork, expense reports, and weekly activity reports on time.
• Participate in monthly meetings and train/coaching team members.
• Frequent domestic and occasional international travel for meetings and events.

• Knowledge of sales methodologies and CRM systems.

Education & Experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant experience and education preferred.
• At least 2 years sales experience in payroll, HCM, PEO, or BPO B2B sales.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar) preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other applications.
• Valid driver's license required due to travel.
• Must have a valid passport and willingness for occasional international travel.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
