🧩 Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development: Acquire new clients and expand existing accounts across LATAM. Promote Solvo’s complete portfolio of service‑based solutions.
Consultative Selling: Understand client needs and deliver customized business solutions. Align proposals with strategic objectives and operational gaps.
Pipeline & Forecasting: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Ensure accurate forecasting, tracking, and timely follow-ups.
Market & Competitive Analysis: Identify opportunities, trends, and insights across LATAM and U.S. markets. Support strategy development through data-driven analysis.
Client Relationship Management: Develop strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders. Ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations and close deals aligned with company goals. Secure long-term, mutually beneficial contracts.
Reporting: Prepare and present sales results, pipeline updates, and KPIs to leadership.
