Position Summary
• Identify and cultivate new business through networking, partners, and lead generation.
• Manage entire sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, negotiation, implementation.
• Meet/exceed sales quotas with custom HR strategies benefitting employers and employees.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Generate new business with aggressive prospecting targeting decision-makers.
• Own full sales lifecycle including data collection, contract finalization, post-sale support.
• Use consultative selling to analyze client needs and tailor solutions; prepare executive summaries.
• Maintain relationships with clients, addressing concerns and managing renewals.
• Use Salesforce for activity tracking, pipeline development, and forecasting.
• Stay updated on industry trends and products; act as a subject matter expert.
Qualifications
• 2-3 years proven success in sales-driven roles.
• High School Diploma required.
• Preferred knowledge of self-funded and fully insured product/financial arrangements.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce) and ability to interpret data.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic, business acumen, and ethical commitment.
