Business Central Consultant

Responsibilities:
• Analyze client business needs, provide tailored solutions, and maintain clear communication throughout the implementation process
• Support the configuration of Business Central and Navision, focusing on modules such as finance, accounting, and controlling
• Assist with pre-sales activities, client assessments, and the implementation of business solutions
• Create documentation (e.g., specifications, user manuals), deliver end-user training, and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Present new technologies, system modules, and updates (e.g., legal and module changes) to clients and internal stakeholders
• Depending on your expertise, take on architect-level responsibilities to design scalable solutions.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience working with D365 Business Central and Navision, with a focus on financial, accounting, or controlling modules
• Strong systematic thinking and experience in managing and prioritizing complex workflows
• Fluent in English and Hungarian (both written and spoken) to communicate effectively with international teams and clients in the DACH region and Hungary
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (e.g.,Power Apps, Power Automate,ITSM,DevOps)
• Microsoft certifications are a plus (but not mandatory)
• Bonus points for programming skills and knowledge of German(though not required, it’s a plus for DACH region projects).
