What You’ll Do

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience as a Business Architect and a Project Manager.

As a Business Architect, you ensure that both ongoing and upcoming work delivers business value to the client. Additionally, you confirm that the technical delivery team has the essential resources, clear priorities, and requirements to succeed when they begin participating in a project.

As a Project Manager, you are accountable for end-to-end delivery aligning Sales, Delivery, and customer stakeholders. You own scope, schedule, budget, and communicate crisp, action-oriented updates to drive decisions and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and objectives

• Design and develop business architectures that align with clients' strategic goals

• Identify opportunities for leveraging data and AI to improve business processes and outcomes

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions

• Conduct gap analysis and recommend improvements to existing business processes, including data governance

• Lead workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project goals and deliverables

• Create detailed documentation, including business capability maps, process flows, and solution blueprints

• Develop and deliver presentations to senior executives and stakeholders

• Establish and grow customer relationships

• Be fully accountable for managing risks and escalations, owning overall resolution in partnership with Delivery and Sales, and owning project financials while delivering regular account health readouts (financials, project status, major blockers)

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or product development, preferably within the Data and Analytics industry

• Understanding of data management, analytics, and AI technologies

• Direct client-facing experience in a consulting or professional services organization

• Proven experience in designing and implementing business solutions

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and an understanding of Waterfall project management

• Demonstrated expertise in Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Products

• Strong organizational, time management, presentation, and leadership skills
