•Mandatory Skills - Domain knowledge in P&C Insurance preferred Medical Malpractice, Experience in transformation engagements preferred, good experience in Solution Architecture.

•Good Communication skill, Onsite experience

•Responsible for stakeholder management on client side especially at CXO level

•Responsible for governing/ defining business & logical architecture for a large transformation

•Translating business strategy definitions, drivers leading to transformational initiatives

•Clarity of thinking and articulation of separation of concerns across business components

•Level of architecture understanding to drive discussions on business objectives with technical architects and teams

•Experience in Agile methodology
