CTC Telcom, Inc. dba Mosaic Technologies located in Cameron, WI is seeking a Business Applications Developer to join our team.

DUTIES INCLUDE: This position is responsible for design, develop, test, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain company’s web-based applications using Microsoft Visual Studio, WordPress CMS, and other web developer tools. Coordinate with business development teams to analyze goals and establish technology applications to support goals. Develop, maintain and troubleshoot applications that integrate with third-party platforms through APIs; extract, transform, and load data for analysis, reporting, and business insights. Design, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to integrate data from relational databases, APIs, and third-party systems. Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database models across relational and cloud databases (MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Azure SQL, etc.). Provides technical support for software and hardware problems. Assure compatibility with user-facing technology and backend systems, using dynamic languages as JavaScript, PHP, CSS, HTML, and other technologies, write well designed, testable, efficient code. Gain an understanding of, and advise upon, cybersecurity governance in compliance with NIST CSF, SOC 2 Cybersecurity, and others as assigned. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Perform all other related duties assigned.

REQUIRES: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information & Communication Technology, or related field; and or related field of study such as Electronics Engineering; and twenty-four months prior experience using dynamic languages such as JavaScript, PHP, CSS and HTML.
