We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Manager to join our Commercial Department, responsible for leading and executing projects while also taking charge of overseeing our commercial systems. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and communication skills, adept at managing multiple projects concurrently. As the Systems Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency, functionality, and integration of various systems within the organization. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, drive project success, and streamline processes for enhanced productivity.

How you’ll spend your day

Project Management:

• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects within the business units. Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, project status meetings, communicate progress and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify project goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives.
• Identify potential risks and issues in projects and systems, developing risk mitigation strategies.

Business Systems Management:

• Oversee the organization's various systems, including but not limited to Salesforce CRM, Pardot, Priority, Qliksense, Google Analytics, Portal, and marketing tools.
• Design and generate systems reports and dashboards, gather requirements and implement enhancements ,features, and functionalities.
• Provide end-user support, training, and troubleshooting assistance to systems in scope.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. 
• At least 2 years of proven Salesforce administration experience.
• Solid working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Experience Cloud is considered a plus.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. 
• Prior experience in leading and managing systems, preferably in a commercial or business context. 
• Proficiency in utilizing project management tools and software. 
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
