This role is centered around ensuring seamless execution and scaling of partnerships by driving coordination, closing dependencies, and maintaining operational readiness. As a Partnerships Executive, you will work closely with external partners such as lenders, NBFCs, payment gateways, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure integrations, onboarding, and ongoing operations run without delays.
You will act as the bridge between business, product, and partner teams, ensuring that every partnership progresses smoothly from onboarding to post go-live stages. The role requires strong execution skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partner accounts, ensuring consistent communication and alignment
• Drive end-to-end partner onboarding and ensure timely go-lives
• Track, manage, and close partner dependencies including APIs, documentation, and onboarding requirements
• Coordinate effectively between internal teams (product, tech, legal, operations) and external partners
• Maintain and organize essential documentation such as BRDs, SOPs, API documentation, and operational playbooks
• Ensure all compliance-related documentation including agreements and policies are complete and up to date
• Monitor post go-live performance and proactively identify operational or integration issues
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and efficiently
• Support expansion initiatives such as new product integrations, process enhancements, and scaling of existing partnerships
• Ensure operational readiness and smooth functioning of all active partnerships
What Makes You a Great Fit
• 1–4 years of experience in partnerships, operations, program management, or fintech-related roles
• Strong execution skills with the ability to track progress and follow through on tasks diligently
• Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding APIs, integrations, and system-driven workflows
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation practices
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
• Proactive mindset with problem-solving abilities and ownership-driven approach
