What You'll Be Doing

•
Responsible for overall business analysis of OKX business lines, ensuring data accuracy, timely insights, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Participate in KPI setting, performance evaluation reviews, and provide growth recommendations for OKX business lines.

•
Build, maintain and enhance data tools and operational dashboards, including automated reports, data alert systems, and performance monitoring dashboards, to improve the team's ability to make fast, informed decisions.

Perform deep-dive analyses into business operations, identify key bottlenecks, independently build data models, produce regular reports, detect business problems and translate them into actionable recommendations in a timely manner.

•
Manage analytics projects from scoping through delivery, producing concrete insights and operational solutions, and drive the implementation of business decisions.

Provide proactive operational support to the Head of Department, ensuring smooth day-to-day execution and enabling efficient decision-making.

•
Manage calendars, schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and documentation, and track follow-up actions to ensure timely completion and clear communication across teams.

Act as a central point of coordination for the department, helping streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and keep leadership informed with accurate updates and insights.

What We Look For In You

•
At least 2 years of experience in data or business analytics, with the ability to independently handle medium to large-scale projects.

•
Strong data literacy with the ability to extract meaningful signals from large datasets and connect data to business logic and operational workflows.

•
Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools such as SQL/Hive, Tableau/Power BI, Python, and familiarity with building automated reporting systems.

•
Strong logical thinking, structured problem-solving ability, and experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

•
Proactive, self-driven, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

•
Degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, finance, economics, or related fields.

•
Fluency in Mandarin and English to collaborate with teams and stakeholders in Mandarin-speaking markets.

Nice to Have

•
Prior experience in BI or COE teams within cryptocurrency trading companies is a strong plus.

•
Experience in trading or financial products (stocks, funds, forex, futures, options) is a plus but not required.

•
Passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain innovations.
