Job Description

• Demonstrate excellent understanding of P&C business areas such as New business, underwriting, agency management, commission management, accounts payable etc.,
• Expertise in agency management, commission management, accounts payable .
• Should have a high level understanding of Insurance accounting
• Demonstrate excellent understanding of the IT landscape, the applications/systems in the landscape and integration between systems
• Possess good communication skills in working with Business to capture requirements and convert them into System requirements/Functional specifications.
• Should be able to conceptualize and produce process flow diagrams for different business areas based on the business discussions
• Should be able to transfer the knowledge to development team
• Should be able to support in reviews and help QA team to validate functional requirements are covered during System testing
