Chapman Tate are pleased to be recruiting for a Business Analyst based in Warwickshire. I am pleased to be working with a reputable organisation who are looking to add the right talent, this opportunity will allow you to develop creative solutions from our performance and analysis systems.
The main purpose of the role is to develop key analysis and performance systems on behalf of the team to ensure maximum effectiveness and efficiency.
Skills and Experience Required:
• Experience of managing performance systems
• Experience of working with data analysis tools such as Business Objects and extracting and analysing data in Windows based products including Word and Excel.
• Project and time management skills
• Proven ability to progress multiple work assignments with minimal supervision.
The Day to day role will give exposure to the following:
• You will have the opportunity to support deployment of data to users through enhancing consistency, effectiveness and efficiency in the delivery of analytical products.
• You will work closely with analysts to translate data into engaging visualisations and interactive reports which get used in decision-making at all levels.
• Facilitate and lead on requirements gathering and solution design
• You will be a key stakeholder on behalf of the department lead, to ensure that core applications are complement with the wider technical architecture
• Ensure up to date knowledge on the key functional capabilities that can be delivered through the performance management systems.
• Champion data availability and data integrity, including process mapping to ensure end to end understanding on data within the performance management systems
• Implement and test software upgrades and patches in collaboration with ICT.
